Hi mums, I have a question for anyone who can help. I am 33 weeks with baby number 4 and have a history of preterm Labor. 
Today I have been having a bad day at home and have cried for 2 hours. Since crying my uterus has been rock hard and bub is not moving much and I have been having period cramps. My question is, is this Braxton hicks that requires more rest from the stress, or could I have triggered early Labor? 
Please help me...

Thank you ladies. I have officially been admitted because I am having contractions 3 mins apart and dilated 2 cm already. Drs are trying to stop bub coming. The toco says my contractions are 150 at the moment. I don't feel them luckily, I am praying they can stop him coming though. Thank you again for caring and answering my post. Xx

You should go get checked. With your history, contractions (BH or not) are a concern. I have a history of PTL as well. You can never be too careful. But also the decreased movement is concerning as well. Just go to L&D and let them monitor you. You’d rather they tell you it’s nothing than sit home not realizing you’re in full blown labor until it’s too late
