Hump on upper back

I’ve always been insecure about my back. The shape of it is so weird, it’s like a huge hump on the upper part. Is it kyphosis? And is there anyone else on here with it? Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

This is my natural standing position, please don’t tell me I need to fix my posture, it’s not that easy. If you wanna tell me that, at least give me some advice on how to fix it.
