Coming off Depo Provera

Has anyone only gotten one shot of Depo Provera and seemed as if it was taking forever to return back to your fertility state? I’m so overwhelmed with myself and angry for getting on the shot yet again back in August. However, I thought that it’d change the urge of me wanting another child but now it’s got me wishing I hadn’t at all, now that everything is aligned it seems as if that’s the only thing out of whack. I’ve been taking Vitex so far I’ve only had one period and if I’m not ovulating I’d rather get that then to go without one. How long did it take you guys to go back to your fertility state after coming off the Depo shot? Is there any suggestions on how to detox the hormones from the body naturally!! Help help help!! Any information is useful. Thanks in advance..
