Yeast infection?

I think I have a yeast infection, it’s swollen and itchy down there with lots of creamy white discharge but no smell to it. This is my first one but I’m pretty sure it’s what it is. Do u think if I call my dr , she will tell me to get some Monistat 7 or would they make u go in and test to make sure it’s what it is ? I’ve had bv before so I can kind of tell this is different . Anyone have experience with Monistat 7 during pregnancy ? I’m 25 weeks !
