In trouble at work

So yesterday in work I discovered I'm under investigation for something I said. Long story short, multiple staff have said things similar or worse. Yet I'm in trouble. Ever since I announced my pregnancy my work colleagues have treated me differently. It's been something I've been upset about for well over a month. When I got my scan taken they didn't even awknoledge it. They are yet to mention it to me. I just don't know what to do. I'm so hurt by this. Any advice?? I'm in the UK
