Bleeding from the bum. PICTURE SORRY TMI

Hello, I'm 7 weeks 1 day pregnant and I've been slightly consipaited since pregnant but going every 2 days which is not normal for me. But I've just been to the toilet and I feel like I didn't strain and they was blood when I wiped. It definitely wasn't from my vagina. Sorry I'm scared.
