No periods pain...

Is it normal to not have periods pain or cramps? I heard that the blood should have a smell or it should have clots in it im worried i even dont bleed so much just 1 or 2 days normal bleeding en then just a little spotting and the weirdest thing was that this time i bleeded one day and then i started spotting brown blood i thought i might b pregnant but no anyone related to this ? Next month i have my laproscopie to see that my tubes arent blocked ...
