Please can someone give me some advice/support please, dunno if I’m posting in the right group 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

I had my rainbow baby 14th September 2018 then not long after found out I was pregnant with my pot of gold baby yesterday I went for my scan and I’m 13 weeks 1 day but baby had no heartbeat, hospital is wanting to induce me into labour next week on 22/01/19, will I know the gender when baby is born will it have it’s private parts? I’m Wanting to name the baby. Has anyone had this experience what am I to expect? Thanks!
