I feel everything now 😩

I know this is my fourth pregnancy, I know they’re all different, but I can’t always tell what pain I am feeling. I can’t tell if it’s from him stretching (I know when he moves, but I can’t tell if he’s pushing up with his butt/back or what) with like, no room left, or if they’re mild contractions? They aren’t timetable yet really BUT when my stomach feels “firm” it only feels a little hard not rock hard. And I remember contractions making my stomach rock hard? And sometimes it’s a steady pain that just radiates to my back. I feel every dang pain now 😔
