I lost a quite bit of my hair when i was diagnosed with PCOS. I was put on 500ml Metformin and then 3 months later my doctor increased it to 1,000ml. This is my fourth month on metformin (3 months on 500ml and just started my first month on 1000ml)What can i take or do to help my hair grow back faster /healthier. Please ladies i need recommendations on what worked for you because i don’t think u can handle my hair falling anymore . My hair is literally my self esteem. I have been feeling very down because of this.Please help me.
