Foods when nauseous - am i weird?
So i keep hearing from people that eating bland foods and mild and basic foods will help with nausea. I can't stand bland foods right now. Or well- done or overcooked meat. I just keep chewing and want to puke.
But foods with lots of flavours are so good and don't make me worse. If anything it eases the nausea a bit. Lots of herbs and spices, curries, stews, cheeses, etc.
Anyone else can't stand bland stuff right now?
