Gut feeling?!?!

Question

Has anyone ever had a gut feeling they were pregnant and it was right? In 8 dpo and I’m waiting until Saturday morning to test. I’ve had this gut feeling for 3 days that I’m pregnant. Also Saturday night I had a dream I took 5 test and they were positive I also had another dream last night that I took 2 and they were positive. My best friend of 17 years also just informed that she had a dream last night that my test was positive! Could this mean something

Yes, I had a gut feeling on my third cycle of clomid. I had gotten bumped up to 100 mg on the third cycle bc my doctor confirmed that i had not ovulated on the second cycle with 50 mg. One week after ovulation, I started to feel differently. Its hard to explain, but it was the craziest feeling. There has been times in the past where I thought to myself that I was pregnant, but it was really just me being super optimistic and hopeful. This time just FELT different, and i knew i was pregnant. I took a test 4 days before my cycle was supposed to come and it was negative. Any other time, i would be disappointed and sad, but not this time, bc i cant really explain it, but I knew i was pregnant. My cycle never came, and i took another test 4 days after my missed period, and voila, it said pregnant! Yes, it is definitely possible that you are sensing your pregnancy.
