Hey girls! So I’m 5’10 and weigh roughly 148 pounds. I want to start feeling confident in my body, and I feel the best way is to tone up and try to lose some weight! (I’ve never really been active up until November where I started walking an hour everyday, so the weight I currently have is not all muscle) but now I want to focus on the toning up and get a lower body fat % in a healthy way. I need some diet and at home work out tips if you guys have any! I’d love to hear about and try them. (Plus, if these tips work well I’d totally love to model some day. Kinda been a goal I’d loooovvveee to achieve. Have to start somewhere!)

Also

I have recently been doing 5 60 second wall sits a day along with walking and the occasional 1-2 min plank. Should I do these daily or switch them up a bit?
