Husband is thinking about leaving

In a span of 3 months, my husband just got back from deployment, we went from getting pregnant in November (it turned out to be a chemical pregnancy) to fast forward to January and he’s thinking about leaving. He keeps comparing work to his home life and doesn’t know how to describe it and doesn’t like to idk it’s confusing it doesn’t make sense...he’s talking but hes not. At the end of the day though apparently out of left field my husband is upset he doesn’t know what he likes and is thinking about leaving. We have a daughter together but out of nowhere he’s like “I’m not satisfied” what do I do with this?
