Tips? Getting in shape and toning out
Alright, so I’m getting married in 14 months, I want to feel/look good in my dress. My problem when I wear clothes, personally, is my belly button looks wide through the clothes and it looks... not cute.. so I’d like to get rid of the belly chub. If that makes sense. I have a 17 month old as well.
I’d also like to tone out my butt and possibly grow it?
Any tips? I’m starting the intermittent fasting as well so any insight in that would be great too! Thanks :)
