TMI . Red lump??

Hey everyone! so i get these occasionally like right where my vagina creases with my leg and i just got this one yesterday right on my stretch marks on my lower belly and i have no clue what they are? should i be worried? anyone with any info on what this is please let me know because they come and go but they kind of worry me because i have no clue what they are .
