Delivery room

Ok me and my husband have different opinions about who should be in the delivery room when we have a child. My sister has never had a kid and she is 5 years older than me. So I kinda feel bad. I wouldn’t mind if she and my mom were in the delivery room but he does not want them in there at all. What are your thoughts?
