I need help

So me and my SO have been together for 10 years this June for the last six years I was enlisted in the army reserves then my contract ended and I signed to go back in last week for another six years during our relationship after we graduated highschool we wanted to start our family and nothing worked we tried time and time again and nothing has worked so here’s the problem I just re-enlisted and now I’m getting these

My next cycle is due on the 24th so I’m hoping that I’m just seeing things and it’s not actually there because I wasn’t trying at all I was actually avoiding getting pregnant so if you ladies could be of help to lemme know if I’m just seeing things because I am preying to not be pregnant 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
