No pacifier

Any one else’s LO not taking a pacifier? My baby refuses and will literally start screaming if I try and put one in her mouth. She rather just suck on her fingers. I want her to take one because it’ll soothe her but she’s already 4 months so I think we are just giving up.

I exclusively breast feed and we can not get her to take a bottle either: we have tried all brands and different nipples and she just screams. We’ve even done it with me not being in the same room and she still won’t latch. She wants it but it looks as if she doesn’t quite understand how to.
