Government shut down and wic?

Does anyone know if the government shut down is going to mess with people who receive wic?

Wic will not be affected only food stamps which you will receive your February’s benefits on Jan 20th so the month of January you will get double the benefits but after that benefits will not continue untill government is reopened

I still get WIC for my kids and haven’t had any interruptions in benefits yet. Hopefully the shutdown is over before it is a problem.

I actually got an email from my local wic office recently saying they're still doing their benefits.

I heard you will get your usual 3 months help but idk if you will recieve them after that
