What is the best excuse for not drinking? 🍷 🍸

Going to a party next week and only 4 weeks pregnant so don’t wanna tell anyone yet. Problem is it’s a small party with friends who drink a lot (I usually do also). What is a good excuse for not drinking or should I try to pretend I am 😂😂😂
