Any other mamas work out... How do you push youself to keep at it and mew routine ideas?
I've been slacking the last few weeks from exhaustion and starting work a few weeks ago. Adjusting to new routines is hard with a 12 month old then doing it pregnant even tho it's another easy pregnancy thus far. I'm just exhausted.
This was the start of my journey at 10 week pp
This was roughly when I found out I was pregnant with number 2 roughly 4 weeks (11 months pp from my son)
This is today at 8w4d.
💙💙💙💙💙If you do workout what routines do you do I need some inspirations and how do you push your self to keep at it I just wanna sleep. 💙💙💙💙💙
Daily exercise I try to do
1-2 hours hula hooping (used to be close to 4 hours)
20-50 sqauts
30second plank
20 squats with elbow to opposite knee on way up
20-40 hip bridges
10-20 situps or crunches.
Some days I do more others nothing. I listen to my body and stop.
I'm hoping sticking to working out helps me bounce back a little easier this time around.
And my peanuts because they cute
