Implantion Bleeding (PICTURE OF BLOOD)

I’m supposed to get my period on Saturday. For the past week or so my nipples have gotten very sensitive and borderline sore, which is very unusual for me because I usually have no sensation or sensitivity with my nipples. I’ve been feeling very bloated and having period like cramps, and since my period should be coming I wouldn’t find that uncommon at all but because of the sudden sensation in my erect nipples I’m freaking out. I started “bleeding” but I’m not entirely sure if this is period blood or implantation bleeding. It started 15 minutes ago so... idk but I’m having a panic attack ngl. I’m only 18 and I’m not insured so idk if I can afford an Abortion pill. I’ve been using birth control, but my partner hasn’t been using a condom.
