Eating right/wanting to lose weight

guys why when you try eating right and making healthy choices, EVERYONE has to make stupid comments. saying i won’t last and saying that i’ll get bored of eating ‘healthy’ and that i’m just going go back to eating how i was and i’ll just put back all the weight i lose.

they make fun of me when i turn down soda, donuts, greasy foods and etc.

Anyways ladies help me out 😫

what’re your guys quick go to lunches / snacks ?

I work 8-4:30

we have two 30 minute breaks and i’m used to eating A LOt of food so i know ill be really hungry here and there ..

i say ‘quick go tos’ because i get up every morning to do my boyfriends lunch so i really don’t want to make two WHOLE meals everyday for lunch and also at dinner.

i’m also going to start exercising in the mornings.. he’s gone by 4:40 and i don’t go back to sleep because i’m lazy and will sleep straight through my alarms .. any tips ? any at home exercises i can do? gym is not an option for me. i want a flat tummy 😂 no love handles anymore and i’d like to just get my legs into shape..
