I’m going crazy 🙃 please help

My period is now 10 days late. I took a pregnancy test 2 days after my period was supposed to end, and then the day after. Both were negative. Currently my cycle length is 42 days long. Also, I had ovulation like discharge for multiple days around the time that would have been the end of my period. I only got nauseas twice a couple days ago. Has anyone experienced something like this? I don’t feel like I have any pregnancy symptoms.
