Help me???

ok so I’m 19 I have a 2 year old, I’m not with the dad of my child and I had an abortion may last year. I wasn’t ready for another one just yet, and him and I were in a bad place. Anyway we broke up got back together, he’s started his job (navy marine tech) so he’s grown up a lot more he’s also the same age as me! It is bad that I want another baby? :( feel like there’s another part of me missing cus I had the abortion :(
