What is going on with me ?

So I’m a week late for period, but haven’t had unprotected sex since my last period was December 10-15. Me and my SO had sex on December 14th, but literally for five mins and he didn’t cum in me. I know there is always that chance of precum however. This past month I’ve been traveling so much, I had my finals on my last cycle, I was moving out of my dorm, and just had a lot of stress on me. While i was traveling, i was very sleep deprived and had to organize a lot of family stuff. Could this all affect my cycle for this month? I have no other symptoms but a late period and today I’m finally having cramping. Any help would be appreciated thank you !
