Question about PCOS

Hi ladies,

I was wondering if anyone here has ever been diagnosed with PCOS without having any cysts? I’ve been TTC for over a year with one miscarriage. I have not been diagnosed with PCOS my nurse practitioner says I’m fine. But my miscarriage was last April and I don’t feel fine. I told her about a pain I would always get around my period on my left side pelvic region. I also mentioned to her that the last year or so I’ve noticed my facial hair getting out of control and I have never had an acne issue but now my chin, under my chin, cheeks, hairline get covered with pimples. I have other issues, I just don’t know if I should see another person or if this is just the new me.
