Displaced IUD?

I got my IUD on December 20th of last year (it’s Jaydess, similar to Skyla I think). Today I felt something poke me when I shifted my hips to the side in a weird angle. I don’t know if those are just my strings bc I checked to see if I could feel my IUD poking out my cervix but I only felt the strings. I got my period 6 days ago and I think it’s over? (It’s been really hard to tell if I’ve been spotting or if it’s been my period). But I have no cramps or anything so idk if it’s displaced or not. I have a follow up on Feb 14th. I’ve also been bleeding very single day since I got it but that’s normal apparently.
