What is this? 😩

Does anyone know what this is? 
I started getting these red spots on my face 3 days ago. They feel super dry and burn if i put things on them. 
Im not allergic to anything as far as i know , and i cant thing of anything that could’ve cause it. Is this PUPPP?
Ive never broken out, never had an issue with pimples, my skin is mostly always clear. In person they look like patches 
 
By the way the shine on my face is from oils ive put on because they feel soooo dry.

Have you used anything new? Detergent, oils, soap, fragrance, pillow cases, sheets?

I got something like this and my doctor said it was from hormones and I got an aloe leaf and cut it up and put it on my face. It cleared up in a week.

Could it be eczema? I have pregnancy induced eczema on my hands and arms and it looks similar.. it itches at times and also burns if I put something on it other than plain aquafor

I get the same thing on my belly!!! It has happened three times now, always in the same spot! It is so annoying and sensitive to touch. I found that drinking a ton of water so that my skin is internally hydrated helps a lot too, so does body butter,  but since that's on your face I would use coconut oil or something

Looks like it could be some sort of dermatitis. Make an appointment with your doctor just in case you have eczema or something similar. I have eczema I do break out in patches sometimes. Mostly when I use a new product and there’s something in it that triggers my skin to react.

IIRC, PUPPP starts on the belly and happens in the last trimester.
