Chlaumidia + fertility

Hey so I recently discovered I have chlaumidia, (I can’t spell obviously haha) thing is, the last person I was with that could’ve potentially given it to me was over a year ago... That’s a year of having an untreated/undiagnosed STD... I had no symptoms aside from itching/slight pain sorta like when you have a yeast infection or UTI...

Anyways, I went to the doctor and was talking about it and she told me she wants to test me and it came back positive. Does this mean I will now have fertility issues? Has anyone had similar and still conceived easily?
