Help! Cheating or just spam?

So, I found these emails on my husband's phone... What got me was the second one that has options to respond for meeting up. Does anyone know what site these are generated from or is this really good spam? I didn't want to confront him about it until I had more info. If it's legit, I don't want him to be able to use excuses just because I can't prove anything.

We've had issues before with him talking to other people online, but he's never met anyone or physically cheated on me. This would be a game changer if these emails are real and he followed through!!! If anyone knows for sure what site or whatever, PLEASE help me!

*I know some people will have an issue with me going through his phone, but he knows I look periodically and he's free to do the same to mine.

*Lastly, thank you to all of you for your help and opinions. This isn't easy and I'm grateful for a community of women that I can turn to without being personally judged or talked about. ❤
