This is my second pregnancy. I was diagnosed with preeclampsia with my first and now am being monitored for it with my second. I went to a routine check up and glucola test yesterday and was immediately sent over to the hospital due to my blood pressure being. 180/90. I had my two year old with me and had to have my husband meet me there. They admitted me for observation and have been giving me blood pressure meds. It has been controlled now and I should be discharged tonight or tomorrow morning which is great!

I’m a little nervous because this is how it happened with my daughter and she ended in nicu because I had to be on magnesium while they tried to induce me which made her very lethargic. I’m praying I don’t have a second nicu baby. I just want to hold my baby when he’s born!! :( prayers please!

Update: diagnosed with preeclampsia. Biweekly exams and weekly ultrasounds to make sure baby is doing well and placenta is okay. 🤦‍♀️ so glad this is my last baby! My pregnancies are no fun!
