Planned Parenthood

I need birth control for my pcos and I dont have insurance anymore so I have to go to Planned Parenthood for it. I'm 17 and I haven't been sexually active in a long time now. Will they still have to give me a pap smear? Only asking because my regular gynaecologist never did.
