Birth Control

I'm taking Ashlyna I'll get my period every 3 months... Yay! But I'm the second month tomorrow Saturday will be my last pill in the second month. Sunday will be the start of the third month. I'm just now spotting I have not skipped a pill not even one time. I've always been on time taking it. No idea why I'm spotting kinda freaking this is my first bc every 3 months I'll have a period. I thought maybe my husband was rough with me but... he wasn't rough. I heard about breakthrough bleeding/spotting but can it happen this late?? I heard if you had a stomach bug that can be the cause of breakthrough bleeding/spotting is this true?? I have had a stomach bug since yesterday. I don't know need help ladies thanks
