Help?!

TRIGGER WARNING!!! Don’t click if you can’t look at what I’m about to describe.. I am 14weeks and 5days! I’ve always had vaginal discharge but while I was taking number 2 feeling really constipated.. I guess I seemed to push ? Or I’m not sure, I see this clear mucus coming out of me and this has never happened before. I quickly wiped.. touched it and I just don’t know. Should I be concerned? What is it? I’m confused? Never happened before!

It was NOT gooey or sticky.. just very thin texture..
