Freaked out!!!

So after 4 years of ttc. With 3 ivf cycles failed a natural pregnancy which ended in a miscarriage at 6 weeks. A chemical pregnancy with the last failed transfer. I am here with a natural pregnancy 7 weeks and freaking the efff out. Taking aspirin prenatals and progesterone suppositories. Anyone on this regimen?? I’m feeling cramping on and off all over really not a particular side. My boobs are still full and somewhat sensitive. I still pee like every 2 hours at night and I wake up sooo freaking tired!! I feel like these are all still good signs. With my last miscarriage I woke up one morning and just knew it was gone. I’m so anxious 😬 words of encouragement please!!
