Leap or not?

My LO who is 12 weeks today was a great sleeper ( hour naps during the day , & started sleeping during the night ) until about a 4/5 days ago 🤦🏾‍♀️ she has trouble sleeping longer than 45-60 mins without waking up crying at night & her naps during the day are no longer than 10 mins tops 😩 she’s very irritable from not sleeping & seems to be starving all the time ( she’s eating 5oz about every 1/12 to 2 hrs) & she’s not sick . what could this be ? we are both miserable , help lol

& also she wants to be held ALLLLLLL day which she just got out of & started being a little more independent
