im kind of scared 😭😢

took a digital 2 days ago and it said pregnant . but i went to take a dollar store pregnnacy test to see if the lines got darker and it looks straight up negative 😭😢 im not sure what to think . no bleeding no cramping nothing . should i be worried ?? i went to the hospital and they said i wasnt pregnant . i was also cramping really bad but i didnt believe them so i went to walmart and bought a digital and sure enough it said i was pregnant ... i dont even kno what to think here ...
