Depo shot
So I got my 2nd Depo shot in November and I’m not going back to get my 3rd one because it just overall messed me and my body up. But is it ok just to not go back and get the shot and wait Atleast 3-6 months to get on a new birth control because I want this birth control to leave my body and have my body regulate on my own or do I need to take some kind of pills ?
