Sorry for the excess skin shown here but it’s all in the name of science haha so basically I’m on the nexplanon birth control and I started getting a wave of really severe pregnancy symptoms last month with no period or spotting at all. I I had one really long period right after getting the implant but after that I usually spot for two random days a month. So it was strange to have no bleeding at all. However, this month I had a period for a week, and after a week I had another week-long period. The blood was brown both times. Could I be pregnant? Or is it something else?
