Period Bloating, Excess Weight, or Pregnant?

Hi guys! Sorry for the excess skin shown here but it’s all in the name of science haha so basically I’m on the nexplanon birth control and I started getting a wave of really severe pregnancy symptoms last month with no period or spotting at all. I I had one really long period right after getting the implant but after that I usually spot for two random days a month. So it was strange to have no bleeding at all. However, this month I had a period for a week, and after a week I had another week-long period. The blood was brown both times. Could I be pregnant? Or is it something else?
