It’s either hypertrophi. Scarring or keloids. Keloids you have to see a doctor to get cut off. Hypertrophic scarring use saline (salt water and warm water) solution and soak it for 15 minutes 2-3 times a day. Some people say crush aspirin and make a paste and put it on there twice a day. I used tea tree oil twice a day and it saved me.

Your piercings are just irritated, keep cleaning them with salt water once ot twice a day. Will go back to normal after a little while, other than cleaning don't touch or twist them

When I got these from my ear piercings on my cartilage, I had to go to the dermatologist and get steroid injections to flatten them

This happened with my cartilage piercing when I first got it. I changed the earing to a stud that was a bit loser, one that the back you hear snap into place. I used tear tree oil, and it slowly went away. It will go away on its own. But i suggest a loser fitting earing to help the swelling go down faster.
