Daddy doesn’t give me after care anymore..

We’ve had play time the last two nights and I’m 9 months pregnant... since I’ve been pregnant he doesn’t give me aftercare anymore.. it really hurts and makes me feel like I didn’t do a good enough job, it’s been really hard for me lately and after we played tonight he just grabbed his headphones and game and didn’t hold me or kiss me or anything.. am I just being dumb?.. how do I ask him to start doing it again...
