SPD/PGP, whatever you want to call it.

Went shopping today after dropping my Son off at nursery, and OUCH! It is so uncomfortable to walk, and I figured it was just baby going head down, maybe starting to engage, but after having to climb my stairs to get home I figured I may as well Google it. Well, Doctor Google says it sounds like SPD/PGP, and I was hoping for advice or stories on experiences with it. My next midwife appointment isn't until next week, but I will be asking her about it too.
