Have you switched your baby into their own room before 6 months old?

Question

Anyone switch their baby into his/her own bedroom before they were 6 months old? We are contemplating it since we snore and it wakes him up. 
If I'm not mistaken health canada recommends room sharing for at least the first 6 months.
Plus our little guy is a preemie, so I'm extra hesitant. But overall, if he can't get a decent night's sleep,  isn't that worse?

The baby will learn to adapt to your snoring. He could just be waking up because he’s a baby, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s your snoring that’s doing it.

We did at 4 months. Only because we were redoing the floors in our room so we had to sleep in the living room at that time and his room is next to the living room.

We moved at 5, but that doesn’t mensagenzinhas stayed there.... nearly 2 and ends up in our bed quite often

I had a preemie as well. He was in his own room at 3 months old.

We moved him at 3 months, when I went back to work.

I snore and my son got used to it and trust me I am pretty loud... the reason I didn’t switch him right away is cause he was still little and wasn’t still fully communicating.... my son was almost turning two when I made the switch, but I bought a baby monitor and trust me if something bothers him I can hear him... a 6 month old baby still can’t comunícate if he is hot or cold and at lease a two year can... my son will talk, and sing when he is happy so I enjoy hearing him trough baby monitor, but if something bothers him he will be calling me mommy open...I have a baby net over his crib cause he started climbing out at 1 1/2 years of age...

The advice is also 6 months in the netherlands however I woke up from EVERY single little noise she made, so for my own sanity I moved her to her own room at 6 weeks old. She is in a room right next to us and our doors stay open, so I sill hear the first noises she makes right before she starts to wake up but any little sigh or tiny grunt she makes in her sleep won’t wake me up again. You just do what you are comfortable with 🤗

We moved him at around 10 weeks just before I went back to work.  I figured all the tip toeing around would wake him up while I tried to get ready.

We moved ours at 11 weeks. We wanted to do it at 7 weeks, but we couldnt decide on a baby monitor.
