Back to the Gym💪🏽
I‘m 5w6d and today was the first time I went to the Gym this year! The last time I trained was on Christmas, I used to go 5-6 days, but slowed down a little bit the past months. We ttc 1.7 years and when I found out about our miracle I just didn’t want to risk anything. I’m still not sure if I should lift weights that are above 5kg again, does anyone have some tips? I only did slow walking and Yoga today. Is it safe to train abs in the first Trimester? Could use advice from someone that is experienced in Pregnancy & Lifting 🏋🏽♀️
