Cycles getting longer?

So long story short-ish, I got off the pill March of 2017 and from then onward had 35-36 day cycles, miscarried in Sept 2017 at 9wks. And even after that went right back to 35-36 day cycles.

My last cycle was 39 days. Since 1/11/19 I have had tender breasts (nothing severe just mild), and yesterday through today my right nipple has been SOoooo itchy lol.

Today I'm currently on CD 44! I took another test today and still a BFN. Anyone have anything similar happen to them, or in general have any ideas what's going on?

I have a Drs. appointment but not until Feb dinner my doctor is changing practices.
