High prolactin and conception?

Question

My repeat prolactin was 36.1, so I have to get an MRI to rule out benign pituitary tumor (not a big deal-they treat with meds), but I can’t start treatment for it until after the mri. I’m worried that this cycle, despite the clomid and scheduled hsg, will be a waste if my prolactin is high (even though I don’t have any symptoms of high prolactin). Anyone out there get pregnant with high prolactin levels? Thanks!

My prolactin levels were in the 30s and the next week were down again. Dr said time of day can impact levels

Im going through ivf, having my transfer next week. I have high levels of prolactin. I’ve been on Bromocriptine to control my levels. Once I’m pregnant I’ll stop the Bromocriptine.

Pause. Ur numbers were “low high” like mine. No need for an MRI unless it’s really high.
Ask for cabergoline. Once I did that, my next cycle was a bfp. 
I would NOT suggest mri. Unless u do multiple prolactin tests (which I suggest) and ur numbers get higher.
Prolactin can be high for subtle reasons. Eating, jumping, bra being too tight etc

My bloods showed high prolactin. MRI came back fine and my follow up bloods my prolactin leveled out. Don't stress until they are sure. :)

I had 2 months of high prolactin levels, pretty similar to yours, and got pregnant the next month! Currently 36 weeks :)
