Hi all.

I just need opinions.

I live in an apartment and my lease ends on 3/31/19. I have to give a 60 day notice by 1/31. So I've been looking around for another apartment. My complex is actually reducing rent so I won't be paying more but I don't want to renew because so much has gone wrong w/my apartment and most recently I've found when it rains in my kid's room it pours in there as well and I have a water stain in my bedroom.

So, my oldest daughter will be 5 in August so she will be starting Kindergarten. I want to move to a great school district but they're fairly expensive. I currently live in a 2/2 932sqft for $1,111. I've looked at a 960sqft for $1,347 & a 1,108sqft for $1,506. That shit is high!! The average going is about $1,300. I've looked at houses online and I know what's within my budget. If I can get preapproved and only put down 4% my mortgage would be right around what I pay now including PMI & approximately interest.

I know that's a jump but I need help figuring out what's the best option financially.
