Lost our pregnancy and my left tube today

Went in with abdominal pains this morning to be rushed to surgery an hour later. Today I lost my first and ever so prayed for pregnancy. We had been trying for over a year. I also lost my left fallopian tube. I guess I'm just looking for a fellow warrior on here to share this incredibly tough journey with. I feel defeated, grief, destroyed...how does one overcome something like this? God has a plan but I cannot begin to see a light at the end of this tunnel.
